Microsoft Is Releasing Third Windows 10 Creators Update Cumulative Build

Today, in a post on the Windows blog, John Cable, Director of Program Management, Windows Servicing and Delivery, says much the same thing, and recommends that users don't manually install the Creators Update, but rather wait until it's automatically offered. Eventually, any upgrade path was removed for all of these devices, so if you hadn't gotten Windows 10 already, there was no legitimate way to do so.

Many individuals are just speaking straightforwardly about the end of Windows phones regardless of the possibility that Microsoft presently can't seem to let it out.

Newer Windows PCs that are powered by Intel seventh-gen Kaby Lake processors or AMD's Bristol Ridge Ryzen chips, and running Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 are experiencing Microsoft's update block as the newer processors are not officially supported on these platforms.

Ahead of September's Windows update, the Windows 10 Creators Update was the latest major Windows 10 refresh, with the reworked software being rolled out earlier this month.

The latest update for the Skype application is only available for Windows Insiders on Fast Ring with the Redstone 3.

According to Neihaus, it is customer feedback that has driven this decision. With this update coming early in 2017, and an announcement of another event in New York City in early May, it does seem like there will be a second update later this year too.

Microsoft now plans to release additional cumulative nonsecurity updates each month, apparently on top of the current update scheme described above.

Under the new policy, admins can schedule Windows PCs to receive all updates at once, security and stability updates separately, or they can specify which individual fixes they wanto be t installed on each machine. Interestingly, the most recent rumors have suggested that such a capable device could be set to enter the market sooner than originally anticipated.

Deploy them only when they address issues that affect the organization in one way or the other.

Launch Settings and click on Update & security. Apart from this minor, but useful, addition, the company has also seen fit to release the usual bug fixes that accompany these updates, as well as some performance improvements for the application.
