Serial kicker Draymond Green calls Kelly Olynyk a 'dirty player'

The Warriors forward put that vast knowledge of clean vs. dirty to use on Monday morning during his "Dray Day" podcast (at the 11:30 mark), calling Boston's Kelly Olynyk "a dirty player". Green was quick to defend Oubre. "Kelly Oubre got suspended for Kelly Olynyk flopping".

Olynyk didn't have a lot to say about Oubre's suspension, but he did speak about the growing perception of him as a dirty player.

Draymond Green habitually crosses the line on the floor, so one could consider him an aficionado on dirty play in the National Basketball Association.

Golden State Warriors' Andre Iguodala and Boston Celtics' Kelly Olynyk battle for rebound position in 2nd quarter during National Basketball Association game at Oracle Arena in Oakland, Calif., on Wednesday, March 8, 2017.

Trump to hold crunch meeting on Paris climate deal
Some fear a US U-turn would dampen enthusiasm among other signatories for more efforts on emissions-cutting targets. An official familiar with the issue told Politico news late Monday that the meeting has been postponed.

Green is also a very outspoken player, so it is no surprise that he made these remarks about Olynyk. A similar play happened in the playoff series this year against the Bulls, as well. Olynyk has yet to comment on the situation. I understand all the stories of the past and I understand they've gotta talk about something with three days in between games. That's what I was always taught.

"There's a difference, big difference between knowing all the tricks [and being dirty]. I'm around Kelly every day". You don't kick somebody with your shin.

Sure, this isn't the first time Olynyk hasn't been involved in a postseason scuffle. "It's a big difference between knowing all the trick because all the tricks ain't doing stuff to hurt people", Green said. Come on, you really yanked this dude's shoulder. Dude's dirty. Veteran tricks is grabbing an arm so the guy can't get there to block the shot, you know what I'm saying, or passing the ball and cutting somebody off so they can't get there to contest. But you ain't doing nothing to hurt nobody. "This dude [Olynyk] be out there trying to hurt people".
