Trump praises virtues of being an 'outsider'

His approval levels remained steady among Christian groups in the most recent Politico-Morning Consult poll, conducted following the controversial firing of James Comey, Trump's Federal Bureau of Investigation director this week.

President Donald Trump is offering simple words of advice to university graduates: Follow your convictions, prepare to face criticism, and relish the opportunity to be an "outsider".

"The fact is, no one has ever achieved anything significant without a chorus of critics standing on the sidelines explaining why it can't be done", Trump said. President Jerry Falwell Jr. has been a huge Trump supporter for a while now, posing for ill-considered photos with the real estate mogul and forcing Liberty students to cut anti-Trump articles from the school paper.

President Donald Trump gives the commencement address for the Class of 2017 at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va., Saturday.

Trump said he could make a "fast decision" on a new director before he leaves for his first foreign trip Friday.

The speech began, as one might expect, with our president bragging about the size of the crowd that showed up at their own graduation to hear him speak, which Falwell had informed him broke previous commencement attendance records.

"You aren't going to let other people tell you what you believe, especially when you know that you're right", the President said.

Wal-Mart CEO to be questioned in US lawsuit over Mexican bribery
Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. acquired a new position in Wal-Mart Stores during the third quarter valued at approximately $104,000. Following the transaction, the insider now directly owns 6,748,580 shares of the company's stock, valued at $476,044,833.20.

Trump received an honorary law degree at the ceremony on Saturday, but did not don the typical academic regalia, probably because he does not wish to appear to be a person who studies.

"I look forward to this president continuing his work to advance religious liberty so that these graduates will have the freedom to do what the president challenged them to do today", concluded Perkins. "As long as I am president, no one is ever going to stop you from practicing your faith or from preaching what's in your heart".

"Nothing is easier or more pathetic than being a critic, because they are the people that can't get the job done", Trump said.

Falwell endorsed Trump during the campaign and vouched for him to the evangelical community - even though he's a trice-married celebrity who has stumbled when discussing religion and once vulgarly bragged about grabbing women without their permission.

"Whatever he chooses is probably best for the moment", said Kristen Akers, 30, who doesn't have an opinion on Comey's firing and traveled to Liberty from northeastern North Carolina to see her younger sister graduate. "People gotta give him a chance", Hale said. That last sentence really resonates with me.

Newly-minted elementary education graduate Rachel Kreisel of Boca Raton, Fla., agrees. "I think I did, but we all did, and we're all doing it".

"He's certainly been busy", Kirkland said, "both in the office and on Twitter".
