On major Israeli websites Tuesday morning, the attack for a time overshadowed President Trump's visit to the country.

A young girl is surrounded by police officers following Monday night's deadly bombing at Manchester Arena after a concert by pop singer Ariana Grande.

Twelve children under the age of 16 were among the 59 casualties taken to hospital after the attack, according to David Ratcliffe, medical director of North West Ambulance Service.

The United States' top intelligence official has said that the USA government has not verified that ISIS is responsible for the attack.

Armed military forces are hitting the streets and memorials are on display in public places around the U.K. All the victims have not yet been identified, but children - including an 8-year-old and an 18-year-old are among them. European soccer body UEFA said there was "no specific intelligence" to suggest that today's Europa League final in Stockholm between Manchester United and Dutch side Ajax Amsterdam might be the target of any attack.

He also underlined Christian and Muslim connections, faiths that took root in the land between 1,400 and 2,000 years ago. Then there's the controversy of Trump reportedly sharing Israeli intelligence with the Russian foreign minister.

At least 22 people, including children, were killed in the attack and more that 50 others suffered injuries, authorities said.

A 23-year-old man was also arrested in the south of the city in connection with the attack. "We believe the attacker was carrying an improvised explosive device which he detonated causing this atrocity".

"Ariana is okay", a representative said.

"We just ran as fast as we could to get away from that area", Lunt said.

Likewise, Bianca Landrieu, the Boston hiphop star known as Bia, who also performed, tweeted: "Guys we are okay!"

Blondie cancelled a Tuesday night concert in London "as a mark of respect for the victims of the awful attack" at the Manchester Arena.

A US Department of Homeland Security statement said it was "closely monitoring" the situation.

Police says there are "a number of fatalities" after reports of an explosion at an Ariana Grande concert in northern England.
