Cavs finish off Celtics

The Cavaliers had held a 77-56 lead with just under seven minutes left in the third quarter, but watched the margin drop to just five by the end of the period. Before they knew it, the Celtics were only up 10 at the half. He, like Irving, came up with a twisted ankle during the second half. Not only did the Celtics maintain the offensive and defensive pressure, but James also picked up his fourth personal at he 6:46 mark and was forced to the bench with the Cavs trailing, 43-33. "Just expect him to be better in Game Four". That's common sense, right?

Well, yes. Irving was magnificent, even before his astounding third quarter.

Is James, coming into Sunday having scored 30 points or more in eight straight playoff games to tie Michael Jordan for the modern playoff record for such a streak, suddenly suffering from a crisis in confidence?

Kyrie Irving gave Cleveland Cavaliers fans a major scare late in the third quarter of Game 4 when he went down with a foot injury. That outburst started when James came off the floor in the second quarter.

Cleveland shot 76 perc ent from the floor in the third quarter, led by Irving's 13-for-16 shooting. This lead ballooned out to 21 points, yet the visitors kept grinding along. "What went wrong for the Cavaliers?"You obviously hear people saying that it's all about how you respond, and we don't feel like people believed in us and counted us out", Bradley said.Thomas didn't travel with the club to Cleveland, but he was part of the postgame fun". Avery Bradley is No. 2 and there's little separation between options No. 3 and No. 5.

All four fouls on LeBron looked like fouls to me. "Kevin [Love] and Kyrie [Irving] had it going early, and they played well".

Montana GOP candidate accused of body slamming journalist, sheriff investigating
Gianforte's opponent Rob Quist said, "I guess that's not for me talk about, I think that's more a matter for law enforcement". Numerous members of Congress have sent fundraising emails for Republican congressional candidate Greg Gianforte .

It seemed an opportune time to build on the lead and put a genuine scare into a goofy Cleveland crowd that relies on scoreboard prompts such as Ben Roethlisberger photos as cues to cheer and boo.

And the Celtics just don't have enough firepower. They need another All-Star on the wing to truly compete with the Cavaliers for the Eastern Conference crown. It's hard to imagine Marcus Smart going 7-10 again and it's harder still to imagine Olynyk and Jerebko scoring 25 points in 36 combined minutes off the bench. It was as if they felt his presence from the sidelines. Take out Boston's 86-point clunker in Game 2 and the Cavaliers aren't doing much better in the postseason (105.4 PPG).

Did you know NBA Commissioner Adam Silver was so anxious about the league's TV ratings that he rang up LeBron James and told him to take it easy on the Celtics? Although past history states that Boston likes to go big when it comes to acquisitions, so Jimmy Butler in a green uniform might just be a huge possibility next season. They let an inferior team with a system-based approach and a swarming defense take control.

"He did that. We put him in some good situations, isolation, where he's one of the best in the league and he produced for us".

What's more, the Celtics managed to do what no one else had been able to do for this entire Playoffs run: they stopped LeBron, holding the Cleveland star to one of his worst playoffs performance of recent memory. The Celtics couldn't separate themselves from a Cavaliers team with James on the bench for nearly seven minutes.
