Irving, Cavaliers rebound with Game 4 win over Celtics

Boston shot 47 percent from the field and 35 percent from the 3-point line in the first half of Game 4 on their way to building as much as a 16-point lead.

Complicating the Cavaliers' first-half pickle was the foul trouble LeBron James found himself in - picking up his fourth personal with 6:46 to play in the second period.

The Cavs swung the wrecking ball in the second half.

That was surely the moment when the Celtic knew they were getting Big Three'd. And while his disgusting 11-point effort in Game 3 helped the Cavs lose, and in doing so lifted the spirits of the Celtics, nobody - nobody - thought it was going to last.

"... If you're being truly objective about this, you have to give Kyrie Irving 100 percent of the credit, 100 percent for what happened last night". The Game 3 hero went from a career-high 27 points on 7-of-10 on threes to just 9 points on 1-of-9 shooting (1-of-5 from three) in Game 4.

After going scoreless in the fourth quarter in Cleveland's Game 3 loss, James scored 15 points in the final frame on Tuesday night.

"The kid is special", James said. Yes, averaging 25-plus points for 13 consecutive seasons is impressive, and so is being an 11-time All-NBA First-Team player, but it is the six consecutive finals appearances, and the ability to make his teammates better on both ends of the floor every season that warrants the most praise. "We were down, we needed his pop and his spunk and I didn't think he would get a fourth called on him, but he did".

Manchester police presence increased as Britain faces raised threat
Many of them had serious wounds that will require "very long term care and support in terms of their recovery", Rouse said. Abedi was born in Britain, grew up in Manchester's southern suburbs and attended the local Salford University for a time.

The Cavs again looked lethargic at times against an Isaiah Thomas-less Celtics team, and Boston led by 10 at halftime. Al Horford contributed 16 points and seven assists.

The Cavaliers broke the spirits of the Celtics.

Irving kept Cleveland within striking distance while James was out by scoring 12 points over the final 5:11 of the second quarter.

As well as Boston played in the regular season with 53 wins and a 30-11 record at home, they simply don't have the pieces to compete with Cleveland when the Cavs are close to firing on all cylinders.

After Love scored back-to-back buckets, Swish drained a bomb to get Cleveland to within three, 69-66. Irving caught fire in the third quarter erupting for 21 points. His physical tools are obvious, but he also sees and thinks the game better than most.

Enter Kyrie Irving and LeBron James, who drove past and shot over the men dressed in green to lead the Cavaliers to a 112-99 victory at Quicken Loans Arena.

Along with the basics - grew up in Akron, became a star with the hometown Cavs, did that lame "decision" thing that brought him to Miami for a few years, came back home to Cleveland, etc. - there is one etched-in-stone LeBron James fun fact that proves it's impossible to kick this guy when he's down.

"We had really good athletes, quick guys that make things tough on people, guarding him, and he was able to raise up and make a lot of tough shots", said Stevens. It was a punch in the nose to a Cavs team that still seemed rubbery-legged from the haymaker Boston hit them with in that Game 3 slugfest.
