Hillary Hits Peak Conspiracy: 'Covfefe' Is A Secret Message To The Russians

Clinton linked Russia's interference in the 2016 elections to US President Donald Trump and said she hoped investigators would be able to unmask a plot to interfere in the USA elections, reports the fox news.

"They covered it like it was Pearl Harbor", Clinton said.

The day before making those comments, Nunes recused himself from his committee's investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election, as the House Ethics Committee announced it had chose to investigate allegations that Nunes possibly made unauthorized disclosures of classified information.

Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar and their co-hosts sat down Wednesday with Chelsea Clinton to discuss her new book, "She Persisted: 13 American Women Who Changed the World".

Trump tweeted Wednesday night that she "blamed everybody but herself, refuses to say she was a awful candidate".

Nunes made those comments before Mr. Trump's May 9 firing of FBI Director James Comey - a dismissal the White House initially blamed on Comey's mishandling of the Clinton email investigation.

"The Russians in my opinion, and based on the intel and counterintel people I've talked to, could not have known how best to weaponize that information unless they had been guided", she said.

The former Democratic presidential candidate, appearing at a tech conference near Los Angeles, said propaganda spread on sites such as Facebook helped cost her the election, and she urged Silicon Valley firms to move faster to stop false stories. "It turned out we were right, and we saw evidence of it". Spicer had said that only Trump and a small number of people knew the meaning of the word. "This was the biggest "nothing-burger" ever".

"It was a mistake. I got paid for the speeches I made", she said.

Trump expected to leave climate deal
That's largely due to factors like the switching from burning coal to burning natural gas brought on by fracking. The pact became one of President Barack Obama's signature achievements.

"It was aimed at me but it's a much deeper, more persistent effort to literally turn the clock back on so much of what we have achieved as a county". "But the way that it was used was very damaging". Seems to me that special counsel Robert Mueller is going to have to minutely examine past and present dealings between the Trump and Kushner business empires and powerful interests in Russian Federation.

"I take responsibility for every decision I made, but that's not why I lost". But he defended his handling of both investigations, saying that not disclosing that they were re-opening the investigation just before the election would have jeopardized the FBI's independence and that the Russian Federation investigation, which began last summer, was treated "consistently under the same principles" as the Clinton email probe.

"The Democrats don't want an investigation on Russian Federation".

Even with that last-minute October surprise, Clinton said she still believed she was going to win - and that perhaps that was why the warnings about Russia's involvement seemed to fall on deaf ears. "I never believed it, I always thought it would be a close election", she said.

However, pollsters have said that "there is at best mixed evidence to suggest that the Federal Bureau of Investigation announcement tipped the scales of the race".

Hillary Clinton came prepared with more than one zinger about the mystery word of the day: Covfefe.

Ms. Clinton then spoke about "fake news" and climate change before co-host Sara Haines cornered her on future professional plans.

"So I'm now the nominee of the Democratic Party".
