Jeff Samardzija Concussed Michael Morse During Harper-Strickland Brawl

Replays of the Nats-Giants scuffle was still being replayed on TVs inside the Yankees clubhouse Tuesday at Camden Yards, prior to the news of Strickland's six-game suspension (for throwing at Harper) and Harper's four-game ban (for charging Strickland) by Major League Baseball. Strickland was suspended for six games for beaning and later punching Harper, who was in turn suspended for four games for storming the mound, throwing his helmet, and punching Strickland.

The brawl also led to a four-game suspension for Harper and a six-game suspension for Strickland, per MLB Communications.

Now the unanswered question: are the players finished meting out their own justice?

Washington Nationals starting pitcher Gio Gonzalez throws against the San Francisco Giants in the first inning of a baseball game Tuesday, May 30, 2017, in San Francisco.

Police say 36-year-old Jacob Waddell threw the dead fish over the glass surrounding the rink on Monday night during the Nashville Predators-Pittsburgh Penguins game.

"There were some big guys tumbling around out there", Posey said. "This was a personal thing".

San Francisco Giants relief pitcher Hunter Strickland (60) and Washington Nationals right fielder Bryce Harper (34) in a fight after Harper was hit by the pitch of Strickland during the eighth inning at AT&T Park on Mon., May 29, 2017.

"I wasn't sure what was going on, but I think (the Giants) were definitely shocked at the situation, shocked that he would do something like that three years later", Harper said.

The Giants can not replace Strickland on the roster for the duration of his suspension. "We're a man short". It was the first time Harper had been tossed for fighting in a game.

Will there be additional fallout within the walls of the Giants clubhouse?

Harper pointed at Strickland, charged the mound, and threw his helmet. You never know. Their whole team's out there, and my team's coming behind me. "I don't look at it any further than that".

"Just focused on playing the game today", Posey said. Opinions on the incident are circulating both ways.

After left-hander Oliver Perez walked Joe Panik, righty Shawn Kelley came on with two outs and allowed singles to Buster Posey and Brandon Crawford that loaded the bases. "I'll leave it at that".

Bryce Harper, who has been a staunch advocate for making baseball fun again, provided MLB fans its most entertaining Memorial Day moment. We're moving on. We can't lose our focus.

"We're not here to brawl".

The Giants might have caught one break.
