Adele was spotted giving hugs at London's Grenfell Tower after deadly fire

It is no surprise Ora has been emotionally touched by the tragedy as she grew up in west London on Portobello Road near to the Grenfell Tower block.

She did not meet or speak to any of the affected residents, nor were any members of the media allowed to approach her.

Rita Ora, Craig David and Leona Lewis are amongst the stars that have been spotted arriving at a studio in London to record a benefit single for the victims of Grenfell Tower.

The 26-year-old singer had tweeted she used to play in the 24-storey Grenfell Tower as a child.

The death toll is expected to continue to rise as emergency services work their way through the debris, while 18 people fight for their lives in critical care.

On Wednesday night, the singer shared several updates on Instagram Stories during her visit.
