BRICS meeting highlights climate change, trade, terrorism

Singh said that "Besides cooperating on financial issues, the BRICS agenda has witnessed steady expansion", adding that BRICS countries have reached significant understanding on security and counter terrorism issues. The 9th BRICS Summit will be held next September in the Chinese city of Xiamen, Fujian Province.
