Nonetheless, Tebow continues making headlines at the plate, and that's a good thing for his career. The Mets swept both games of the doubleheader after winning the first game 1-0.

The actress has since gone on to date other actors, Matthew Paetz and Robert Buckley and is now starring in upcoming series The Mayor.

Michele posted a similar message on Twitter, but she chose a different photo.

'I wanted to show this lovely moment and there's a little bit more of a deeper story that goes with it that I talk about in my concert'.

In honor of his memory, Michele took to social media to remember Monteith, and her emotional words and touching photo will bring a tear to your eye. The actress is pictured attending the ABC Upfronts on May 16, 2017 in New York City.
