Australian foreign minister hits back at Trump over Brigitte Macron remark

After the Trumps and Macrons finished their visit of museums at Les Invalides, a Facebook video posted by the French government caught Trump telling Brigitte that she's "in such good shape" and "beautiful", according to the New York Times.

The strength of their relationship was clear when Trump deftly defused a controversy over his own derogatory comments about Paris during the campaign, when he suggested terrorism had ruined the City of Light. "He told me that he would try to find a solution in the coming months", Macron told the French weekly Le Journal du Dimanche on Sunday.

Trump and US First Lady Melania Trump met with French president Emmanuel Macron and his wife ahead of Bastille Day celebrations on Friday.

"I think from a practical standpoint most people would have taken that meeting", Trump added. "But we'll see what happens". "It's a rather interesting comment to make", Bishop said about the Trump's words. But is there really a chance that he'll rejoin the agreement?

The compound is the holiest site in Judaism and the third-holiest in Islam, after Mecca and Medina in Saudi Arabia. Salzberg said this was filmed and appeared in Palestinian media, and signals that Israeli police are not neutral.

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said this week in Istanbul that the U.S. and Turkey were beginning to rebuild trust and could come to an agreement about northern Syria, where the U.S. backs a Kurdish militia that Turkey considers a terrorist organization.

If the reporting is right, then, there were essentially two camps in the White House dueling over this issue. But it's still pretty divisive, given that a majority of Americans-53 percent-said they disapproved of Trump's decision.

The White House, meanwhile, remains non-committal about the U.S. rejoining the climate deal.

President Trump staunchly defended his eldest son in Paris on Thursday over his sit down with a Russian lawyer offering dirt on Hillary Clinton during the presidential race, insisting that most people in his position would have done the same thing. Trump said the climate deal was unfair to the U.S. But by all indications, he had already been privy to a spirited debate on the matter before he chose to leave the agreement.
