Andrew Robertson Talks Reported with Hull City

Liverpool are moving closer to securing an £8 million deal with Hull City defender Andy Robertson, according to a recent report.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is keen to sign at least one left-back this summer after James Milner was forced to play out of position last season, and Scotland global Robertson has always been linked with a switch to Anfield.

Left-back has been something of a problem position for Liverpool, with Klopp having turned to the versatile James Milner as the club's first-choice for most of last season, ahead of the erratic Alberto Moreno.

Liverpool have always been linked with a move for a left-back with Alberto Moreno seemingly surplus to requirements.

La gaffe di Biglia con i tifosi del Milan: "Forza Lazio"
E' finita l'avventura di Lucas Biglia alla Lazio . "E' una decisione solo mia - ha detto Biglia ai microfoni di Radiosei -". Bentornato Milan , ci sei mancato.

Per Sky Sports News, the Reds have now made their move for the Scotland global, as manager Jurgen Klopp bids to strengthen his defence this summer, ahead of a Premier League title challenge.

It looks like Andrew Robertson's transfer to Liverpool could be edging closer...

Nominally a left-back, though can play as a left-sided midfielder, Robertson joined Hull from Dundee United in July 2014 and would go on to make 115 appearances registering five goals and 10 assists. And there are rumours that Robertson has left Hull's training base in Portugal to complete the move.

Robertson would become Liverpool's third signing of the summer following Dominic Solanke and Mohamed Salah through the door at Anfield.
