LG Q6, Priced in India Under Rs. 20000, to Launch on Thursday

LG has finally launched the Q6 smartphone in India just as it promised. The LG Q6 will be exclusively available on Amazon starting from today.

The company claims that the new device is the first mid-range phone with the proprietary "FullVision" display technology. The company will also be offering a free 1-time screen replacement within the first 6-months along with the traditional one year warranty. "The Q6 delivers the key features of our flagship smartphones at an exceptional price that will appeal to young consumers world over". Its metal frame is constructed of 7000 series aluminum - a strong alloy commonly used in the aerospace and marine industries - with rounded corners to dissipate impact energy when dropped. Now, the LG Q6 also comes with the same FullVision display but offers only Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) resolution.

While the LG Q6 misses the fingerprint sensor, it includes the face unlock and knock code to make the device secure.

LG Q6 carries on LG's heritage of excellence in optics. On the front is an 8-MP selfie camera with wide angle lens. The camera's improved LG UX 6.0 takes full advantage of the18:9 aspect ratio of the FullVision display. Square Camera Mode enables the merger of two images into one and the creation of square grid collages - popular with social media fans.
