Previous leaks have shown features like an all-screen front, silent notifications while you're looking at your phone, and wireless charging might be coming to the next iPhone. Silencing the notifications is just one way Apple could use the constant face tracking.

While we are still about a month away from the launch of the iPhone 8, excitement has now peaked. The iPhone 8 is rumoured to ditch Touch ID altogether, and introduce Face ID as a form of exclusive authentication. The iPhone 8 will not have a home button, but the other two devices will retain the physical home button of their predecessors. However, it also claims that the company will still debut the iPhone 7s and 7s Plus in September. Kuo concurs the iPhone 8 will be constrained to three colors which according to him would be black, silver and gold (some portray it as nearer to copper/bronze) but according to a close source, there are chances that the colors could be black, silver and jet black.

Although iPhone 8 is nearly certain to launch in three regular colours including black, gold, and silver, the latest rumours are debating about two other possible options: champagne gold and copper gold.

Despite attaching a heavy price tag, Apple has sold around 41 million iPhone in the Q3, 2017 while the new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus have contributed to 25 million in that number.

Foxconn Vice President Luo Zhongsheng is said to have uncovered to columnists that because of production network issues, the iPhone 8 "won't be shabby", reports MyDrivers.

Tensions between Uber and Benchmark have remained high, which Axios says has contributed to the slow pace in finding a new CEO. A spokesman for Kalanick didn't immediately respond to requests for comment.

We're rapidly approaching the release date of the new iPhone - so blurry leaked photos and unconfirmed rumours are popping up all over the place.

Latest news from a supply chain confirms that the new Apple iPhone or the iPhone X (version 8), is under production now, and that means that the launch event may be certainly in September!

For example, Apple released firmware for their upcoming HomePod speaker, but in doing so they inadvertently leaked a ton of information that could directly correlate to the next generation of iPhone. It is an example of the kinds of doors having a 3D sensor with facial recognition technology can open. What it entails is using the depth sensing capabilities of the iPhone 8's front cameras to suppress notification sounds.

When it comes to the launch, it is expected that this year Apple will debut three iPhones - the iPhone 8 along with iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus.
