There's A 'Fallout' Board Game In The Works

Fallout 4 was released nearly two years ago, and in the absence of any news regarding Fallout 5, Fallout: The Board Game should serve as a decent time waster until Bethesda makes the long-awaited announcement. The set will include the base game, all updates, and all of the previously released DLC to combine for the "ultimate way to experience" Fallout 4.

Then you can take them into one of the scenarios based off of Fallout 3 and Fallout 4: The Capital Wasteland, The Pitt, The Commonwealth, and Far Harbor.

In addition to being a commercial success, the game was also a critical success, winning more than 200 "Best Of" awards - including the 2016 BAFTA and 2016 D.I.C.E. The game will also include graphical enhancements, improving upon the original title that launched in November 2016.

Game of the Year Edition is coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC on September 26th, according to a new press release from Bethesda.

Anita Wlodarczyk underlined her dominance in the women's hammer as she cruised to a third world title. With two Olympic titles to her name, the world record holder has not been beaten since early 2014.

And the good news doesn't end there, because Bethesda is releasing a fresh batch of Pip Boy editions, but only in North America.

Designed by Nathan Hajek and Andrew Fischer, the Fallout board game will concentrate on decision making around quests and random encounters.

Those that haven't hopped into the expansive world of Fallout 4 should hold off until September 26.

Fallout 4 is a massive game with a lot to offer, so if you've been holding off on jumping in because you didn't want to spend the extra cash on add-ons or other augments, this is a great time to get on board.
