President Buhari Hosts His Media Team in London, To Come Back Soon

Mr Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, who was part of those who visited Buhari in London, released these pictures on Saturday in Abuja.

President Muhammadu Buhari has said he feels ready to return home from medical leave in Britain, and is awaiting his doctor's permission, a presidency statement said on Saturday.

The President's absence from the country has generated controversy and his comments come the same week that protesters took to the streets demanding that he resumes or resign. "Here, the doctor is absolutely in charge", he said in the statement.

He stated that when Buhari was asked how he felt hearing different conjectures about his health, the president said he followed events at home closely, lauding Nigerian television stations, and the media generally, for keeping him informed.

In a bid to convince Nigerians that the Presidential Media Team was with President Muhammadu Buhari in the United Kingdom on Saturday, a video of the visit has been published on Aso Rock's Facebook page.

Iranian Parliament Increases Funding For Missiles, IRGC In Reaction To US Sanctions
The measure comes in retaliation to new US sanctions on Iran over its ballistic-missile program and missile tests. Tehran says its missile program does not breach a United Nations resolution which endorsed the nuclear deal.

The others on the delegation include Femi Adesina, Garba Shehu, Lauretta Onochie and Abike Dabiri. "I've now learnt to obey orders, rather than be obeyed". "May God reward them", he said in reply to the information that he was being prayed for across the continent.

The WHISTLER recalls that President Buhari left Nigeria since May 7 for medical consultation in London and is believed to be gearing up to return to the country anytime soon.

Is there a cabal preventing him from returning or holding Nigeria hostage as it was during the Yar'adua administration?
