Chelsea fine Costa for not training

Surprisingly quickly after Diego Costa joined Chelsea there were reports in Spain about his unhappiness at the club, and his longing for a return to Atletico Madrid.

Costa has not returned to the Chelsea training ground since his manager Antonio Conte informed him via a text message in June that he would not be a part of the club's plans for this season.

Costa is now in Brazil, while his soon to be former team-mates kicked off Chelsea's defense of their Premier League title with a 3-2 defeat at home to Burnley. "I have to return to Atletico Madrid next season".

But the fiery feud between Costa and Chelsea is threatening to scupper the 28-year-old's dream of a return to Madrid.

"But I believe that this situation will be resolved now on my return to Spain", said the striker, who is currently in Brazil.

The Spain worldwide has scored over 50 goals for the Blues but has also been a volatile presence at times and it has been suggested that he has a poor relationship with manager Antonio Conte.

North Korea has fired 18 missiles during 12 tests since February, improving its technology with each launch. Mr Tillerson said the North Koreans should understand the consequences should they make a bad choice.

According to Spanish daily AS, the Atletico Madrid hierarchy will meet Costa and his representatives over the next few days and accelerate their efforts to sign him this summer.

Cardoso did not rule out taking legal action against Chelsea to ensure his departure from Stamford Bridge. Sometimes the results can be good, sometimes bad, but the most important thing is that I am seeing from my players the right commitment, the right will, the right desire to work and try to improve.

Diego Costa has been a crucial cog in Chelsea's run to a pair of Premier League titles over the last three seasons, but his relationship with the club seems to have soured. Crystal Palace don't want to sell Christian Benteke. I was happy. When the manager does not want you, you have to go.

It's going to be interesting to see where Perisic ends up if he does leave the San Siro over the next two weeks but I think he'd be an excellent signing for United or Chelsea if either could get a deal agreed. They want me training with the reserves.

He told ESPN Brazil's Joao Castelo-Branco: "I've demonstrated I care for Atletico and have interest in playing for them". "If people accuse me of lying, I can show them".

He continued: "I have rejected other offers".
