Tom Brady on Colin Kaepernick: 'I hope he gets a shot'

"I want to dedicate this song to Colin Kaepernick tonight", Jay Z said before performing "The Story of O.J.", a song from his new album, "4:44", that is about blackness and managing money and also references O.J. Simpson.

"I want to dedicate this to Dick Gregory".

"I sure hope so", Brady said when asked if Kaepernick will play again in the National Football League in an interview with CBS This Morning.

Is climate change causing more severe weather?
From a scientist's perspective, the lack of understanding of climate impacts on hurricanes is disappointing, if not irritating. Better understanding of hurricane-climate relation is needed, as ultimately that knowledge can help serve society.

Former quarterback Colin Kaepernick may not be making plays on the field so far this season, but he's still winning off the field. A number of NFL players expressed their support for Kaepernick, and many have also made a decision to protest during the national anthem. The outspoken comedic and veteran activist marched in Selma, Ala., was jailed in Birmingham, Ala., was shot in the leg during the 1965 Watts riots in Los Angeles and counted Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., Medgar Evers and Malcolm X among his confidants.

"The power of one voice is strong, but when it comes to social justice, the power of our collective voices is unstoppable". It's a human issue. "I just hope that God is ready for some outrageously amusing times".

Kaepernick, despite the fact he remains a free agent, was named the Community MVP for Week 1 by the NFL Players Association for his charitable contributions.

In 2016, Kaepernick vowed to donate $1 million to organizations in oppressed communities.
