Kim Kardashian Reveals Her Proudest Moment Of 10 Years On Reality TV

No Kardashians fan will ever forget the harrowing moment Khloe Kardashian's ex husband, Lamar Odom, made headlines around the world when he nearly died from a drugs overdose, and Khloe's spoken out about how she found out the news and that she was wrongly told he had died.

Giving her answer straight away, Kendall remembered: "I landed from Hong Kong to London". Although he was separated from Khloé Kardashian at the time, they were still legally married. Someone made a fake account and emailed me with the wrong information. "Then I got the next text came through, saying, 'OK, actually, he's OK, but he's not doing well.' So that's why I was so upset, because I wanted to be there to say goodbye".

Kim, 36, suffered from placenta accrete during both of her pregnancies, which is why she opted for a surrogate when planning to welcome her third child with husband Kanye West, 40.

"I was screaming", she tells Ryan Seacrest on the TV special. By some miracle, after four days in a coma and months of physical therapy, Lamar fully recovered.

"In a very rare case, I might need a hysterectomy after delivery if my condition is severe enough, but luckily my doctor doesn't think this will happen".

Since the judgement had not been entered into the system, Khloe called off the proceedings so she could help make Lamar's medical decisions as his legal spouse.

After 10 years on "Keeping Up With Kardashians", Kim Kardashian's proudest moment of her family's reality show is how they showed Bruce Jenner's transition to Caitlyn.

Catch up with them all: The 90-minute 10th anniversary special - which also includes Kourtney Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Kylie Jenner - airs this Sunday, and season 14 premieres October 1, both at 9 p.m. ET on E!
