Russia: US War With North Korea 'Is Not an Option'

North Korea may test a hydrogen bomb in the Pacific Ocean to respond to us threats of military action, Pyongyang's foreign minister said, just hours after the dictator of the isolated regime issued a warning of "highest-level" action.

Trump has also signed a new order that boosts sanctions against North Korea over its nuclear weapons programme.

In his address to the United Nations assembly on Thursday morning, South Korean President Moon Jae-in condemned North Korea's provocations, and urged Pyongyang to return to dialogue. Kim Jong Un referred to President Donald Trump as "mentally deranged" and a "dotard" in a statement on Thursday, adding that he will "tame" the USA president with "fire" over the threats Trump made toward North Korea in his United Nations address. Kim described Trump as "a madman" and "a frightened dog" and "a mentally deranged U.S".

North Korea's Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho made the statement about the hydrogen bomb Thursday, according to South Korean media.

Labeling Trump a "mentally deranged US dotard", Kim said his United Nations speech on Tuesday was proof of why North Korea needs nuclear and missile programs.

Kim's statement responded to Trump's combative speech days earlier.

Rouhani Says Iran Will Proceed With Missile Program
There is no doubt that Washington will respond to Iran's statement and the development of the country's missile program. Rouhani hit back at Trump's comments at the United Nations and condemned Israel for opposing the 2015 nuclear deal.

"It is time for North Korea to realize that the denuclearization is its only acceptable future", Trump added.

The US President told supporters America "really has no choice" but to confront the Pyongyang regime over its nuclear weapon ambitions. This says: Anyone that deals with North Korea, any financial institution that deals with North Korea is going to be punished.

North Korea conducted its sixth nuclear test this month.

North Korea also tested two intercontinental ballistic missiles in July that appeared to bring much of the USA mainland into range. "This is not an option", Gatilov told the state-run Tass Russian News Agency, adding that he believed Washington should be savvy enough to know not to launch such a bold move. "I'd like to advise Trump to exercise prudence in selecting words and to be considerate of whom he speaks to when making a speech in front of the world", Kim said.

The president added that the US move targets only one country, which is North Korea. "Whatever Trump might have expected, he will face results beyond his expectation".

Trump won Russian and Chinese support for the most recent round of global sanctions on North Korea but indirectly criticized China in his UN address for continuing to trade with the isolated nation.
