Anthony Martial 'very content' at Manchester United amid Arsenal transfer speculation

Anthony Martial is happy with life at Manchester United amid rumours of an impending bid from Arsenal, according to reports.

Given Sanchez's importance to the club, Wenger on the look out for another high calibre calibre forward, and, according to Transfer Market Web, French worldwide and Manchester United star Anthony Martial is on the shortlist.

A number of top European clubs were interested in Martial during the summer transfer window, but the 21-year-old attacker remained at United and has scored five goals in his opening nine appearances of the season for Jose Mourinho's side.

With Arsenal talisman Alexis Sanchez expected to leave in the next year, Arsene Wenger is already making plans to bring in a replacement. Additionally, Anthony Martial has also been linked recently in transfer rumors with Barcelona.

Despite having only started 4 games across all competitions to this point in the campaign, Martial has racked up 5 goals and 5 assists in his limited time on the pitch, even managing to beat prolific summer signing Romelu Lukaku to the Red Devils' player of the month award for September.
