Penn State rises to No

In a match that featured Penn State outshoot Maryland, 15-1, and post a shot on goal advantage of 6-1, the Nittany Lions were finally able to find the back of the net on Freigang's second game-winning goal of the season at 94:02.

The Wolverines have struggled of late, losing at home to Michigan State and then needing overtime to dispatch IN, 27-20. Harris also has two punt return touchdowns on the year. The Nittany Lions are in the driver's seat for a spot in the College Football Playoff, but must get past a brutal three-week span that begins with a home game against the Michigan Wolverines. With Clemson losing to Syracuse last week, Penn State moved up to No. 2 in the country.

Michigan is 5-1 (2-1 Big Ten) after losing to rival Michigan State 14-10 and beating IN, 27-20, IN overtime the last two games.

Guardiola aims to keep Man City players humble
Guardiola said: "The best is just one [Messi]". "He's a humble guy, his teammates love him, he wants to play every game, he fights until the end".

Michigan saw its hopes of a special season dwindle two weeks ago after being upset by Michigan State. Jenny Rizzo played an outstanding game for Penn State in goal, saving 10 out of 12 shots on net.

Kyle Bonagura and David M. Hale of ESPN.com believe a second-seeded Penn State will play TCU in the Sugar Bowl and Alabama will play Clemson. In his first year with the Nittany Lions, Franklin lost 18-13 in 2014.

Joining them at the top is Big Ten cohort Minnesota, who was fourth last week.
