Microsoft is now rolling out Windows 10 Fall Creators Update to public

The Fluent Design language will be part of the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, which will be rolling out tomorrow. Alongside, Microsoft announced the first mixed reality headsets are now available to buy, and introduced the Surface Book 2 laptop (more on that elsewhere).

Windows 10 users can find the update by searching for "Windows Update" from their computer and clicking "Check for updates".

Microsoft has taken the covers off the Fluent Design changes it has made to Windows 10, which will appear in the Fall Creators Update. There are five fundamentals, called light, depth, motion, materials and scale, which all give space for rich apps that can scale continuously. The company hasn't confirmed whether or not the update will be rolled out to Windows 10 Mobile this week. Whether it's an email, Skype, or another supported app, it's dead simple to add up to three contacts right to your taskbar.

Goldman Sachs delivers positive Q3 surprise
A recurring talking point in discussions around Goldman Sachs' FICC position is its position (or lack thereof) with corporates. This indicator compares the closing price of a stock in relation to the highs and lows over a certain time period.

Notably, the fundamentals use the available hardware to make Windows 10 a more form-factor friendly platform.

A number of apps and menus will get the Fluent Design makeover, including the core applications such as Photos and People, with a good bit of tinkering seemingly done to Groove Music - somewhat puzzlingly seeing as Microsoft just pulled the plug on the streaming service (though it can still be used as a music player). You can check them out in the video below.

Among the other notable features, the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update also brings a more advanced Windows Defender. The new update for WIndows 10 finally adds the high-requested OneDrive files on-demand feature that lets you access the data from the cloud without syncing the device to OneDrive.
