Harvey Weinstein accused of raping another actress

The woman, who says she never got the role on Marco Polo, is also suing The Weinstein Company, claiming the company was aware of that the producer had a pattern of using potential job opportunities to lure actresses into sex, and using violence to get his way.

"Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein", a spokesperson said.

In the spring of the following year, Weinstein is alleged to have contacted her again as if nothing had happened, giving her the impression she had been cast in "Marco Polo".

"Weinstein obviously cant speak to anonymous allegations, but with respect to any women who have made allegations on the record, Weinstein believes that all of these relationships were consensual", said the representative.

An actress filed a lawsuit Tuesday in which she alleges that Harvey Weinstein raped her at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif., last year.

Paz de la Huerta filed a police report alleging she was raped by Weinstein back in 2010 on two occasions.

The New York Police Department is now gathering evidence against Weinstein after detectives interviewed actress Paz de la Huerta, who claims Weinstein raped her twice in 2010. She's seeking damages an injunction that would bar Weinstein and TWC from "engaging in similar conduct toward other women".

She reportedly said he arranged a meeting at the luxurious hotel in 2015 to discuss a role for the Netflix upcoming series "Marco Polo" and claimed that he gripped her wrist with one of his hands and masturbated with the other. He then invited her to the Montage Hotel to celebrate.

Police in London, New York and Los Angeles are investigating the producer who has been accused by dozens of women of sexual harassment and assault. She agreed, according to her suit.

During the meeting, he excused himself and returned in a bathrobe, but when she said she didn't want to do anything sexual, he dragged her into the bedroom where he used his "massive strength and weight to force himself on her", the suit alleges. He then pulled out and held her down while masturbating with the other hand, according to the lawsuit.

"Prior to the incidents involving Plaintiff, the Companies executives, officers, directors, managing agents, and employees had actual knowledge of Weinsteins repeated acts of sexual misconduct with women", stated the court documents. She swore at him and hung up.
