Reliance Jio Prepaid Recharge Plans To Offer 2GB, 3GB Data Per Day

Recently, Airtel introduced two plans for Rs 349 and Rs 549 respectively. With free voice calls and aggressively-priced data plans, Reliance Jio has dragged the telecom industry into an extended price war.

Reliance Jio offers a recharge plan with 2GB Data on daily basis with a recharge of Rs 509. That means, customers get 49 GB for a period of 49 days with a high speed data limit of 1 GB per day.

Under the Rs 349 plan, Airtel previously used to offer 1.5GB data per day, however, now after the revision of the plan, the telecom operator is offering more data. The Rs 199 plan offers unlimited voice calls and 1GB data for 28 days, the Rs 448 plan gives 1GB data per day and unlimited local, STD, and national roaming calls for 70 days. The only difference between Vodafone and Airtel packages is that Airtel is offering unlimited free calls while Vodafone offers 250 minutes per day or 1000 minutes per week. In this tariff voucher, the company is giving 2GB data to its users per day with the validity of 49 days. Both the plans come with a validity of 28 days. The plan falls under the "My Infinity Plan" of the company and is available for both existing and new Airtel customers. Various telecom operators have also started rolling out plans that offer unlimited calls and ample amount of data.
