House Of Cards To Return Without Kevin Spacey

Fans of popular United States drama, House of Cards will be relieved to learn that the program will return to Netflix for a sixth and final series next year- sans Frank Underwood, played by Kevin Spacey.

Spacey was alleged to have made sexual advances towards actor Anthony Rapp back in 1986 when Rapp was 14.

The final season will have eight episodes and will be refocused on the character of actor Robin Wright.

"We are excited to bring closure to fans", Netflix content chief Ted Sarandos said in a statement.

The future of the hit TV show had been left uncertain, after Kevin Spacey was sacked following allegations of sexual misconduct.

Last month, Netflix stopped production of House of Cards' sixth season and severed its relationship with Spacey after several people - including Star Trek: Discovery actor Anthony Rapp - accused the Oscar victor of sexual misconduct.

Reviewing the Insider Trends for Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO)
Lincluden Management Ltd decreased Wells Fargo & Co New (NYSE:WFC) stake by 12,438 shares to 219,625 valued at $12.17M in 2017Q2. Seven Eight Capital LP purchased a new position in shares of Cisco Systems during the fourth quarter valued at about $112,000.

The streaming giant also confirmed that Robin Wright, who plays Claire Underwood on the show, will be the new lead.

It's not clear how Spacey's Frank Underwood will be written out, but all signs point to the character suffering an off screen death.

He said: "But if I did behave then as he describes, I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behaviour".

Sarandos also acknowledged the production crew, adding that they will be able to continue with their jobs.

Spacey was "taking the time necessary to seek evaluation and treatment" after allegations surfaced, according to a representative.
