Katrina Kaif pens a heartfelt post for late actor Shashi Kapoor

The Bollywood icon Shashi Kapoor died on Monday at the age of 79 after a long illness. No other actor can do the roles he has been doing in films. His death on December 4 is a loss to the entire Bollywood film industry.

Considered Bollywood's first crossover actor - Shashi Kapoor appeared in several Merchant Ivory movies. BBC, an global news channel did the biggest blunder as they played a video with clippings of Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor, instead of Shashi Kapoor. They too, later apologised.

This video brought about severe criticism for the news channel.

But the error was criticised by some of the corporation's own stars on social media.

United Kingdom made no estimate of Brexit's economic impact
Benn replied "Isn't that extraordinary?" The Brexit secretary said: "Not that I'm aware of". The studies conducted, he said, were not a "quantitative economic forecast of outcome".

Radio 4's Saturday Live presenter Aasmah Mir wrote: "I'm really annoyed about the BBC Shashi Kapoor thing". Worse still, neither of them are the deceased actor Huw refers to. "The piece did not meet its usual standards and the programme has apologized for any upset".

Meanwhile, another Indian news channel tagged Congress politician Shashi Tharoor instead of late actor Shashi Kapoor while breaking the news on their Twitter profile.

It's quite unfortunate when such things happen as everybody gets a topic to start trolling. In true Shashi Kapoor style, the seasoned star called the rookie over and told him that he was destined for stardom, to look after his health and stay professional.
