"Gotti" also stars Travolta's wife Kelly Preston as Victoria Gotti and Stacy Keach as Gotti's mentor.

"Gotti" is directed by "Entourage" star Kevin Connolly from a script by Lem Dobbs and Leo Rossi.

TheWrap has also learned that the removal from schedule and resale was not related to the film itself, but rather a question of release strategy.

Gotti, starring Travolta in titular role, was set to debut on 15 December (17), but was suddenly pulled from the film studio's schedule on Tuesday (05Dec17).
