"Westworld" and "S.W.A.T." are the latest shows to freeze all motor functions due to wildfires.

Los Angeles County is now facing two major fires as of Tuesday: the 11,000-acre Creek Fire and the 1,000-acre Rye Fire.

One of the writers for S.W.A.T. tweeted that the safety of the cast and crew are of utmost importance to them, which is why they chose to not push through with their shooting schedule. By 10:45 a.m., the blaze had charred approximately 200 acres, then grew to 500 acres just an hour later with zero percent containment, fire officials told ABC 7.

"Due to nearby wildfires, Westworld stopped production earlier today and will resume filming as soon as it's safe to do so", read a statement from HBO.
