Wind Advisory in effect until 7 pm for southeast MI

According to the NWS advisory, a cold front to the north will pass over the state tonight with strong north northeast winds filling in behind it. A Wind Advisory until 6PM CST is in effect for all of northern IL into eastern Iowa and across much of Wisconsin, as well as northern in into a good portion of Lower Michigan. A Wind Advisory means that wind gusts of at least 45 miles per hour are expected. Watch for limbs breaking off trees and flying debris. South southwest wind around 6 miles per hour becoming north-northeast after midnight.

Cloudy, with a high near 48. North-northwest wind 9 to 13 miles per hour, with gusts as high as 17 miles per hour. North wind 5 to 10 miles per hour.

Even colder weather settles in by late Wednesday and Thursday, along with partly cloudy skies and fairly breezy weather. West 15 to 30 miles per hour with gusts possible to 40 miles per hour.
