Was there bias for Clinton?

Was there bias for Clinton?

Did the FBI agent who played a leading role both in the investigations of former Trump national security director Michael Flynn and of Hillary Clinton's mishandling of classified information use the notorious anti-Trump dossier to spark the probe of Trump-Russia "collusion" that has gripped Washington?

The inspector general for the Justice Department is now looking at Strzok's behavior, and whether any FBI investigators improperly allowed their political leanings to affect the Clinton investigation.

"After years of Comey, with the phony and dishonest Clinton investigation (and more), running the FBI, its reputation is in Tatters - worst in History!"

A top FBI investigator, Peter Strzok, was recently removed from the special counsel's probe after revelations that he texted anti-Trump, pro-Clinton messages to a woman with whom he was allegedly having an extramarital affair. You could clear it all up for all of us here - all the Congress who wants to know, and frankly, all of America who wants to know - you could clear all up by releasing - we sent you a letter two days ago - just release the application.

"If you kicked everybody off of Mueller's team who was anti-Trump, I don't think there'd be anybody left", said Jordan.

Jordan, pointing out that some 90 percent of Mueller's team donated to Democratic campaigns, reasoned that the anti-Trump texts must not have been the grounds for Strzok's dismissal.

Later, Rep. DeSantis asked Wray if Strzok was involved in the FBI's conclusion that Russian Federation tried to influence the 2016 election.

In Thursday's hearing, Democrats sought to push the focus back on Trump's comments and actions, and the actions of members of his campaign previous year.

Congress nominee alleged 'EVMs getting connected with Bluetooth'
The District Collector also addressed the talks doing the rounds about Bluetooth and Wi-Fi being connected to EVMs. The Election Commission said that based on the Congress leader's complaint, an inquiry had been initiated.

Rep. Steve Chabot, R-Ohio, among others, specifically mentioned the fact that Strzok had a hand in adjusting former FBI Director James Comey's statement last summer about Hillary Clinton's email server.

"What I can tell you is that the Federal Bureau of Investigation that I see is tens of thousands of agents and analysts and staff working their tails off to keep Americans safe from the next terrorist attack, gang violence, child predators, spies from Russia, China, North Korea and Iran", Wray said.

Judicial Watch obtained an email this week that revealed exactly what Weissmann wrote to then-Acting U.S. Attorney General Sally Yates on January 30 after she instructed the Department of Justice not to defend Trump's controversial travel ban.

"The FBI that I see is tens of thousands of fearless men and women", he continued.

The latest news supports our view that Mr. Mueller is too conflicted to investigate the FBI and should step down in favor of someone more credible.

Wray also faced questions about potential legal trouble for Trump personally arising from Mueller's investigation.

"Soon enough, Comey was investigating the matters the president did not like, and he was sacked", Tapper recounted.
