Travis Kelce suffers injury after helmet-to-helmet hit

For many fans, the turning point in the Chiefs' 22-21 loss to the Titans in Saturday's AFC Wild Card game came when tight end Travis Kelce left after taking a nasty hit to the head. Tennessee safety Johnathan Cyprien rushed into make the tackle and collided with the side of Kelce's helmet. Because Kelce had completed the reception and was not a defenseless player, the hit was legal.

The 28-year-old enjoyed another strong regular season in 2017, racking up 83 receptions for 1,038 yards and a career-high eight touchdowns.

He had four catches for 66 yards before exiting.
