Marvel's Stan Lee accused of sexual harassment

Marvel's Stan Lee accused of sexual harassment

Marvel creator Stan Lee has been accused of sexual assault and harassment by nurses employed to care for him at his Hollywood Hills home.

The Daily Mail, citing a source close to the situation, reported that Lee allegedly walked around naked, was vulgar toward the women, asked for oral sex in the shower.

An unnamed source told the outlet the nursing company, which provided the nurses, said Lee "lost his filter".

The accusations come to the fore when Hollywood has started #TimesUp campaign, which tends to expose the accusers and tell them that their "time is up" in Hollywood. "He finds it amusing", a source close to the situation said. As shocking as the allegations sound, the 95-year-old denied all charges.

The insider also claims that Lee has sexually harassed every single nurse it employs.

"Mr. Lee categorically denies these false and despicable allegations and he fully intends to fight to protect his stellar good name and impeccable character", Lallas said in his statement.

The stage, which was described as "for the hardened off- roadies", was fought mainly off-piste with the terrain offering 63 percent sand and more dunes.

Lallas also stated that a police report has not been filed, but Lee has received threats and demands to pay money. "Mr Lee will not be extorted or blackmailed, and will pay no money to anyone because he has done absolutely nothing wrong". According to Daily Mail, the nursing company is now in a legal dispute with the 95-year-old comic book legend after a string of young female nurses claimed he asked for oral sex in the shower and to be "pleasured" in his bedroom.

On the other hand, representatives from the home care company now working for Lee have only positive things to say about the elderly icon, calling him "polite, kind and respectful" to their staff.

Lee is responsible for some of the world's most iconic characters, including Spider-Man, The Hulk, the Fantastic Four, Thor, the X-Men, Iron Man and many more.

BuzzFeed News spoke to the owner of the nursing home who says that they have not made any legal claims nor made any request for money based on his alleged misconduct.

Lee's lawyers have denied the allegations, saying that the company is attempting to get a cash settlement from Lee. Entertainment declined to comment on personal issues.
