Millie Bobby Brown to Play Sherlock's Sister in ENOLA HOLMES MYSTERIES

Millie Bobby Brown to Play Sherlock's Sister in ENOLA HOLMES MYSTERIES

Millie will be starring in the movie series based on the mystery novel series Enola Holmes, which is authored by Nancy Springer. She's one of the main characters on the critically-acclaimed and much-beloved Netflix TV series Stranger Things, and now, she's set to make a big move to the big screen, gearing up to star and produce an multi-film franchise.

The project will be bankrolled by Alex Garcia and Ali Mendes under the banner of Legendary Entertainment.

Two were put forward for a prestigious Edgar Award, an accolade that Springer had twice won the decade previous, as The Great Detective's runaway younger sister solved a sequence of troubling cases throughout the series.

No Marijuana at Coachella Festival, Despite New Law
A new report claims the California two-weekend event will not lift its marijuana policy despite statewide recreational approval. It doesn't help that the town where Coachella is held, Indio, opted to be a dry town.

Brown will play the title character, Enola Holmes - the 14-year-old kid sister of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's iconic characters, Sherlock and Mycroft.

Millie Bobby Brown really is going places with her career, and is now setting her sights on a film career in the wake of Stranger Things.

The 13-year-old Emmy-nominated actress just wrapped up filming Legendary's Godzilla: King of Monsters, which is set to debut in 2019. Given her young age, I can't help but wonder how someone that young produces, but it likely has to do with the fact that her production company is centered around here.
