Video Shows Harvey Weinstein Attacked at Arizona Restaurant

Disgraced filmmaker Harvey Weinstein got slapped in the face and cursed out by a restaurant patron as he left an Arizona eatery Tuesday, new video reveals. And he later declined to press charges. The man reportedly told Weinstein that he loved his movies and asked to take a photo with him, but the film producer declined. The manager said Weinstein was "sweet" about saying no, and that Steve appeared to be drunk when he approached Weinstein again later that evening.

He was spotted having a meal at Elements restaurant, located in the Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort in Scottsdale, where he has been getting sober and going through rehab.

He also slapped him in the face with the back of his hand twice. Speaking to the outlet, Steve claimed Weinstein was belligerent and "said no" to his photo request. Additionally, "Steve" tells TMZ that he'd had "quite a bit to drink" before he chose to confront Weinstein.

Over the past few months, over 60 women have come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct against Harvey Weinstein. Steve and his dinner companion made a decision to leave at the same time.

Previously, the man admitted to TMZ that he had "quite a bit to drink", and that he had asked his friend to "fire up his cell phone and shoot video of what was about to happen".

As the two walk towards the restaurant's exit, Steve calls Weinstein a "piece of s**t for what you did to these women", and tells him to "get the f**k out of here".
