Naked shower video scandal rocks Major League Baseball

Jason Wood, a 1995 graduate of Granite City High School and professional baseball agent, has been fired by his firm and suspended by the MLB Players Association for allegedly using hidden cameras on his clients.

A player who chose to not be identified recently discovered the camera in Wood's shower and called him out on it before promptly firing him, according to FanRag Sports. The website reported that Wood is being investigated by the MLB Players' Union over an allegation made by an unidentified player who claims he found a camera while showering at Wood's property. He added that the company takes pride in working with individuals who represent the values he mentioned.

It continued by saying that over the last 13 years he has worked to build his agency into a success through hard work and integrity. The players union, which is the group that certifies agents, announced it would be giving Wood an opportunity to make a response to the accusations. "I am disappointed that there are those who have chosen to spread some irresponsible and harmful rumors".

CSE acquired Arland Sports previous year and Wood became the baseball division's president in April.

Man Utd in tit-for-tat ticket-price war with Sevilla
The move comes after United bosses were left fuming when the Spanish club announced it would be charging fans travelling to Sevilla nearly £90 to watch the last 16 clash next month.

"The allegations that have surfaced today are absurd and untrue", Wood said in a statement released to Jeff Passan of Yahoo Sports and others.

The player confronted Wood and subsequently dismissed him.

Wood did not respond to an email from The Associated Press seeking comment and did not answer his cellphone.

Corrections/clarifications: A previous version of this story incorrectly indicated that Jason Wood played in the major leagues and used an incorrect photo.
