Ronda Rousey to WWE: Former UFC star could debut soon

The 30-year-old is a lifelong WWE fan and has been seen at many shows before, most notably alongside The Rock at WrestleMania 31 where she got physical with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. She notably stood side-by-side with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as they fought off the villainous Triple H and his wife and fellow executive, Stephanie McMahon. Rousey has already done a promo for the WWE...so the foundation has been laid out for her to really make the transition. We had a great time.

When TMZ Sports asked about Rousey's possible move to pro wrestling, Enzo said: "She's in for a rude awakening". "She has a lot of things going on". Former UFC and Strikeforce Bantamweight champion, Ronda Rousey has been rumored to be eventually making the leap on over to the wrestling entertainment world for a good while now.

Nevertheless, Triple H continued that, presently, there are a lot of things to walk through before a potential Rousey stint in WWE, and that they're just having conversations at this stage.

"We're fans of hers and incredibly interested in what those opportunities could be with us".

Honestly speaking, Triple H and Ronda Rousey playing down talk of her rumoured WWE debut at the Royal Rumble seems to be a work.

But LaVar Ball's circus-which had well over 100,000 tuning in at one point on Facebook-is just getting started. The game was broadcast live on Facebook , which displays the number of viewers real-time for any live feed.

Rousey, who adopted the "Rowdy" nickname from WWE Hall of Famer "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, is a big wrestling fan and has made guest appearances at WWE events.

WWE Raw is set to celebrate it's 25th anniversary on January 22nd at the Barclays Center. He spoke with the AP earlier today on her WWE status.

The timing increases speculation that she could be a participant in the first-ever women's Royal Rumble match in Philadelphia.

UFC President Dana White was on vacation and unavailable for comment.
