Rob Lowe Slams Bella Thorne For Her Tweets About California's Mudslides

Apparently, the 20-year-old, who got her big break on Disney Channel's "Shake It Up", hadn't been checking the news on Wednesday because on Thursday she again tweeted that expletive, followed by what she thought would pass for an apology or a reasonable justification for being ignorant or insensitive.

Many residents have also been left homeless. We have had mandatory evacuations.
