Dark Souls Remastered Rumoured to be Announced Today

Experience the rich world of DARK SOULS in upscaled 4K resolution with 60FPS when playing on a PlayStation 4 Pro system, Xbox One X, and PC. It's similar to how fluid the combat feels in Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin on Xbox One and PS4 when compared to its last-generation versions.

An upcoming remastered version of Dark Souls was recently confirmed during Nintendo's mini-Direct yesterday.

If you ever wanted to feel despair and hopelessness whilst on the bus or taking a dump, this could be the news for you.

With a solid date having been put in place for the highly anticipated indie platformer titles Fe and Celeste, Nintendo his continually shown their dedication to games both big and large by forging solid windows of communication with indie game developers. The games that are coming to the Switch includes a new Mario Tennis title and ports of The Worlds Ends With You, updates to Odyssey, perhaps most unexpectedly, Dark Souls, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and Payday 2.

Zoink's Fe marks the second EA release on the Switch, and considering the Switch audience's reception to Indie games, it's likely going to be a victor (that and it's only $19.99). He can double-jump, hover, perform infinite rolls, and even walk on spikes. The Switch is not going to turn into a dumping ground for games that came out on the Xbox 360 or Wii U four or five years ago.

The unlikely merging of worlds in Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle throws another character into the mix with a visit from Donkey Kong with a new storyline, you'll need to pick up the season pass or purchase the DLC on its own to try this update though.

Toronto Raptors vs. Golden State Warriors - 1/13/18 NBA Pick, Odds, and Prediction
The Raptors were whistled for 23 fouls, compared to 20 for the Warriors, but Toronto actually attempted more free throws (32-28). DeMar DeRozan is averaging 25 points and 4.2 rebounds while Kyle Lowry is averaging 16.2 points and seven assists .

Square Enix is bringing a port of this stylish RPG from 2008 to the Switch.

Nintendo's packing everything it can into the Switch re-release of the Zelda-themed brawler Hyrule Warriors.

And you have to ask: why wouldn't they? Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana will also be coming to the Switch after its launch late past year.

Put simply there's a motherload of games and extra content coming to the Switch to bolster its now healthy lineup. Additionally, the new version will feature the Joy-Con controllers as a way to play its rhythm-based fights. Matches are two-on-two, and all the fighters are highly customizable.

"Celeste" and "Fe", indie games from EA Originals, are heading to the Switch on January 25 and February 26, respectively. The news from this Nintendo Direct Mini may not have been a record-breaker in excitement, but it will at least serve to whet appetites until more news is revealed.
