Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 28. Lows around 4. West winds 10 to 15 mph, becoming northwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph after midnight.

Baltimore health department Commissioner Leana Wen issued a "Code Blue" advisory from Saturday night through Monday morning. East wind around 5 miles per hour becoming calm.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 43. Highs around 6. Northwest winds 15 to 20 miles per hour with gusts up to 30 miles per hour. North wind around 10 miles per hour.

Sunday's high is expected to barely reach the teens.

Tonight will be partly cloudy with a low around 8.

Mostly sunny skies and a high of 30 and a low of 18 are in store for Thurday.

Tomorrow: Partly cloudy, with a low around 63.
