Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow Movie Gets a Fan-Made Poster

According to Variety, Marvel has hired scriptwriter Jac Schaeffer to write the movie.

Fans of the character have been pushing for her to get own movie since she first appeared in "Iron Man 2" and with the latest phase of Marvel films coming to a close, Marvel saw this as the best time to move forward with the project.

Avengers: Infinity War, teaming nearly all of the Marvel Cinematic Universe for the first time, sees an on-the-run Natasha sporting a fresh look, including blond hair and a green and black catsuit.

Marvel has yet to officially greenlight the pic; there have been 17 MCU films to date, starting with the original Iron Man in 2008, the most recent being November's Thor Ragnarok.

Nokia 6 (2018), Nokia 7 Android 8.0 Oreo Update Now Rolling Out
Powered by a 3000mAh battery, the Nokia 6 (2018) provides support for 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS including standard headphone port. Beginning today, Nokia and HMD have announced that they're pushing Android 8.0 Oreo to both the Nokia 6 (2018) and the Nokia 7.

Let's be honest, though - just because an MCU character is getting a standalone film doesn't mean it's going to be a solo film... After years of speculation, and a ton of teasers from Kevin Feige, Marvel is at long last moving forward with a Black Widow solo movie. Apparently, Marvel President, Kevin Feige, had met with a number of writers before opting for Schaeffer who's already impressed people in Hollywood with her Black Listed script, The Shower, which is now in the works with Anne Hathaway set to star.

Hathaway then tapped her to write Nasty Women, the remake of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels she is also starring in, alongside Rebel Wilson.

She earned a writing credit on the Disney short which opened with Coco: Olaf's Frozen Adventure.

A martial arts and weapons expert and world class athlete, she defected to the U.S. and became an agent of SHIELD.
