Theo Walcott is set to bring 12 years at Arsenal to an end with a £20 million transfer to Everton agreed.

Walcott, who had 18 months remaining on his contract, has scored 108 goals in 397 appearances for Arsenal but boss Arsene Wenger has not picked him regularly this term.

I want this club to push on and try and reach these levels that I feel like it can with these players - particularly the ones that are coming in.

"I wouldn't think he'd have a mentality that's not the right place to go to get regular first team football". "The manager (Sam Allardyce) is very hungry".

Walcott was seen entering Everton's training ground, Finch Farm, on Tuesday afternoon, and is now undergoing a medical ahead his transfer.

It was a really nice touch from the winger, who will be looking to revitalise his England career on Merseyside ahead of the World Cup this summer, a competition he has amazingly still not played in.

Nonetheless, the Dolphins could make a move up to grab Mayfield or take him at their current spot if he's still available. Miami is has the No. 11 pick in the first round of the NFL Draft, which will take place April 26.

The Chilean worldwide is out of contract at the end of the season and was also a target for Manchester City, but United appear to have stolen a march over their local rivals.

"There are some great players in Turkey but it's hard to make the breakthrough so I would like to open the door for them".

"Wayne Rooney, Theo Walcott and Jamie Vardy could well have been an England front-line in recent years but, if Allardyce gets his way, they could be lining up together at Goodison Park soon". Those are the reasons I came here, ' Sport24 quoted Walcott, as saying. That's why I've moved on.

'He told me it was a great place to play football and a club that is on the up.

"I would also like to thank all my teammates I have had the pleasure of playing alongside, but most importantly the fans for their incredible support", he wrote. He netted 19 times last season and Big Sam will be hoping he can have an immediate impact at the Toffee's, with the blues failing to register a shot on target in 2018.
