Not expected are any conclusions about Trump's mental acuity. Tim Scott that the reported comments were "basically accurate", Scott told the Charleston-based Post and Courier. He reminded reporters that as chief White House physician, he sometimes provides medical care for reporters who get sick while covering the president.
