South Korea conservatives planning boycott over North Korea

At least that was the motto one Korean fan followed in his attempt to get on stage during the 2018 Winter Olympics opening ceremony in Pyeongchang.

President Moon Jae In was also captured shaking hands with Kim Yeo Jong, the youngest sister of Kim Jung Un.

Pence - who sat just feet away from Kim Yo Jong at the Olympic opening ceremony, with neither apparently speaking to the other - has also been critical of the North's participation in the games, seeing it as an attempt to create a division between the United States and the South. In a first for the Winter Olympics, North and South Korea athletes are playing on a joint women's hockey team.

And Pence repeated that USA policy remains that North Korea must give up its nuclear arsenal and stop trying to build ballistic missiles. That said, the PyeongChang ceremony did manage to beat out the 2008 ceremony in Torino (22.2 million) by 27 percent.

Moon gave qualified consent to holding a future summit with Kim, the first between the two Koreas since 2007.

GOP Lawmaker Devin Nunes Reportedly Made His Personal Faux Information Web site
Nunes has said that the committee's Republicans are still investigating and plan to put together more memos. Including "the woman up front that answers the phone" over alleged leaks, Rooney told CBS.

"There were some issues that impacted some of our computer systems last night for a few hours", said an Olympic spokesperson.

"We will try our hardest to win more glory in Pyeongchang, but we are still a newcomer with a relatively weak foundation in many winter sports compared with global powers", said Gao Zhidan, deputy head of the Chinese delegation and a deputy director of the General Administration of Sport of China.

Speaking to reporters on his flight home on Saturday, Pence said the United States, South Korea and Japan were in complete agreement on isolating North Korea over its nuclear weapons program.

Pence and Moon took two very different diplomatic approaches to the North Korean delegation's attendance at the games in Pyeongchang.

Meanwhile, defense experts who analyzed Thursday's military parade in North Korea say it appears the country has a shortage of vehicles used for launching intercontinental ballistic missiles.
