Weekend to begin with rain and cool temperatures. The final drive of cold air sinks in Friday night as mostly clear skies help readings to dip into the single digits.

TODAY: Mostly cloudy, mild. Highs will only reach the mid 40s on Saturday. Rain chances are going to remain low initially but we may have a better opportunity for storms by the middle of the week either on Wednesday or Thursday.

There's also some early morning fog to deal with. Although there will be breaks in the rain, there will be on and off showers and possibly a thunderstorm until mid-day. Highs on Saturday will be in the 70s again, but highs will only make it to the lower-60s on Sunday. So be sure to keep that rain gear in handy for the beginning of next week! The low will track to our south, so this is going to give us more of a glancing blow with 2-4 inches expected.
