India tightens curbs on trade with North Korea

Both Washington and Pyongyang have expressed their willingness to talk, but the still seen to be skeptical about the North's intentions.

To create a credible deterrent to the United States, North Korea would have to show it has the ability to launch multiple missiles at once to circumvent USA anti-missile defenses in the event of war.
