Tom Brady got a buzz cut for cancer awareness

Tom Brady and Governor Charlie Baker reacted as they get their heads shaved.

Brady joined Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker at the event, which ended up collecting $7.5 million for cancer research.

The NFL quarterback just shaved his head for charity - and we're loving his new look. "I'm very grateful for everyone's support and so proud to call this community home".

Tom Brady reacted as he got his head shaved. "We'd FaceTime a lot", she said in an interview. For the past five years, they have come together for Saving by Shaving, an event that has continued to grow each year.

Meanwhile, we'll be seeing more of Brady soon.

Jinderes town center, located in the southwest of Afrin, was cleared of terrorists following fierce street fighting with terrorists.

Saving by Shaving 5 was supported by Granite customers and other local businesses, including Ninety Nine Restaurant and Pub, Dunkin' Donuts, Lambert's, Lessing's, KIND Snacks and ItzAParty.

Local barbers and stylists donated their services for the event. It was held to benefit the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, one of the country's premier cancer-treatment facilities.

About 100 people locally and 1,000 company wide are expected to participate.

Baker has taken part in the event for the last four years, and Granite Telecommunications CEO Rob Hale credited the governor with putting the fundraiser "on the map".
