Browns trade former Notre Dame quarterback DeShone Kizer to Packers

He was brutal in Cleveland previous year on a team that won exactly zero games. Swapping picks in the fourth and fifth rounds with the Browns is a very positive development, as it will give the Packers the first pick of those rounds.

On a day of deals in a week of major trades in the NFL, Cleveland unloaded 2017 second-round pick DeShone Kizer for the Packers' 2015 first-round pick, Damarious Randall.

Cleveland's next starting quarterback will be the team's 29th since 1999. It is worth mentioning that the Packers were rumored to be considering drafting Kizer in last year's draft, a sign that they have had interest in him for over a year.

Cleveland is $113 million under the salary cap and was expected to seek an impact receiver in free agency.

And then there's the growing possibility of the Bills selecting one in the draft in April. The 25-year-old led the league in receptions last season and will look to turn around a substandard Cleveland offence.

But the Packers also move up in the draft, so there's that.

Trump's repeat attacks on Maxine Waters's IQ are familiar
Shortly after that, she told MSNBC's Joy Reid: "I certainly expected him to come out with some racist remarks about me". Waters was upset with Trump's comments at a rally Saturday night that she was a "low IQ individual".

Beane said at the NFL's rookie combine in Indianapolis 10 days ago that he planned to meet with every quarterback prospect available to be drafted. His departure will impact the Browns' plans in free agency and the draft.

The teams also agreed to swap picks in the fourth and fifth rounds of the upcoming National Football League draft.

This is the second move the Browns made on Friday as they agreed to trade for Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jarvis Landry.

Though noted for his mobility, Taylor was never able to overcome questions about his deficiencies as a passer and performing in the clutch in posting a 23-21 record in Buffalo. But after that September dust-up, Randall played the rest of the season as Dom Capers' best cornerback in a secondary that was already razor-thin at the position. But many of his interceptions caroms or were thrown directly to him by opposing quarterbacks. He also ran for 427 yards and four more scores.

Taylor was at least an efficient quarterback by throwing 51 touchdowns versus just 14 interceptions in 44 games with Buffalo. The Dolphins began shopping him when the parties were unable to reach an agreement on a long-term contract, which he's likely to get from the Browns.
