The Witchwood is Hearthstone's first expansion of 2018

The Witchwood is Hearthstone's first expansion of 2018

Once the expansion is released, players will have two weeks to arm themselves before embarking on Monster Hunts-the thrilling new single-player Hearthstone experience that will send players deep into The Witchwood to stamp out the evils that lurk within.

As you can see in the trailer above, this new expansion will come with a bunch of new cards to play with - 135 in all. They all had a good laugh about it later. More Witchwood card reveals will start on March 26, and the expansion will go live in mid-April. Press and members of the community will begin revealing cards starting the same day! However, Rush cards can only attack minions on the turn they're dropped, not the enemy hero.

Deceptively simple in design but epically engaging, Hearthstone will be instantly accessible to players regardless of their familiarity with Warcraft or collectible card games.

In the Hearthstone team's adorable lost-in-the-woods promo video, they also showed off a couple of the new legendary-rarity cards that promote innovative deck archetypes. In other words, these will enable new gimmicky decks that may or may not pan out, but people similarly underestimated cards like Razakus that ended up dominating the meta for awhile. "Monster Hunt will release two weeks after The Witchwood launches".

Microsoft said it would include facial recognition in the future, so particular remarks can be attributed to the right person. Teams, which began rolling out to Office 365 subscribers past year , is Microsoft's answer to the Slack messaging platform.

"Echo cards can be played multiple times on the turn you play them". The citizens of this proud kingdom, who can shapeshift into ferocious wolf-beasts known as worgen, are bringing the fight to The Witchwood with tooth and claw-and soon, Hearthstone players will join the pack and help them face down the horrors within.

Rush: a weaker version of Charge, the minion can attack the turn it is summoned, however only other minions.

Baku the Mooneater is a 9 mana, 7/8 minion that will buff your hero power if your deck has cards that only cost an odd amount of mana.

Now for the important bit; The Witchwood is available for preorder right now over on Blizzard's official site, and if you pick up 50 packs, you get an extra 20 for free.
